Alisa + Chris . destination wedding . St Maarten (part 1)
Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 11:19AM Such a sweet, fun-loving couple. I actually met Alisa + Chris last year in Aruba when I was there to shoot her sister Wendy's wedding (to a great guy who also happens to be named Chris -- oh the fun + confusion they'll have with that!). So it was wonderful to travel down to a different island and see everyone's friendly faces and party down with them one more time.
Alisa + Chris kicked off the festivities the night before their wedding with a poolside cocktail party. Guests were outfitted in bright leis, sipped tropical cocktails from coconut cups, and were entertained with Caribbean dancers. I can't imagine a more excellent way to start a wedding celebration!

Hi Tania, this is great! and the photos are beautiful. Truly Alisa & Chris are a wonderful couple and the family also. We had a blast planning their pre-wedding event and wedding day, on our beautiful island. It was a pleasure working with you and April, hope we get the oportunity again soon.
